Faremax.com Signs Deals With Air India

Faremax, Inc., an ARC/IATA-accredited online retailer of discount airline and train tickets, vacations and cruises, announced this week that it had secured deals with five major international air carriers to provide heavily discounted tickets to customers. Faremax, with a long record of dealing in consolidated discount air tickets, is set to offer even deeper discounts now that it has secured deals with Air India, Aerosvit, China Airlines, Finnair and TAM Linhas Aereas. Ilya Epshteyn, Faremax CEO, is pleased by the outcome of the lengthy negotiations that have been needed to close the deals. "Very few travel agencies can actually deal direct with airlines to acquire net (consolidated) fares for customers. For example, less than 10 of other agencies currently have Air India contracts," said Epshteyn. The key benefit to customers will be in the extreme levels of value that Faremax is able to offer, including major savings on the airlines' listed ticket prices.

"I hope that people will begin to realize that that traveling the world doesn't need to cost the earth," says Epshteyn. "A lot of people these days are worrying about the increased cost of aviation. With Faremax.com they don't have to worry - we'll always offer fantastic value for money." faremax.com is a leading vendor of discounted leisure travel products, offering consumers affordable one-stop shopping for all of their travel needs. The company offers consumers one of the largest collections of discounted airfares (more than one million unpublished fares offered on more than 600 major airlines), car rentals and hotel accommodations in the industry. By only partnering with trusted travel brands, Faremax allows budget travelers to buy higher quality travel for a lower price. Faremax matches the needs of two groups: customers who can be flexible about their choice of airline, hotel and car rental company in order to save money, and suppliers who have excess seats, rooms and cars they want to fill.
