Griffon Aviation appointed GSA for Fiji's Air Pacific

Griffon Aviation has been appointed as sole GSA for India for Air Pacific Airline, the official airline of Fiji. This development has brought forth a new segment and destination for the Indian travellers to explore and will encourage easy access to information and travel between the two countries.

The company has received special fares for the Indian market from Air Pacific Airline, which operates out of four regions namely Australia (Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane), New Zealand, Japan and USA (West Coast). The company is also in talks with other airlines to introduce direct connections between Mumbai and Fiji. The company has also been appointed as sole GSA (all India) for Blue Lagoon Cruises, a luxury cruise company headquartered in Nadi, Fiji. Griffon Aviation through Blue Lagoon Cruises will provide Indian clientele an opportunity to holiday at exotic islands in the Pacific. The cruise fare includes all meals and all shore excursions. The packages range from two nights, three nights to six nights cruise and upwards.

Speaking about the new developments Vivek Jain, managing director, Griffon Aviation said, "Indians today are ready to accept the most exotic holiday destinations and are ready to explore the unexplored. Hence the introduction of Fiji as a leisure and business destination is well timed. We are glad to be associated with the destination and through our presence in India, it will definitely benefit the trade at large, as there will be an office presence of two of its leading products, the airline and the cruise liner. The cruise package is exotic as it offers the opportunity to enjoy Fiji islands the way they should be explored, sailing from one island to the other. We cover most of the important islands between the different itineraries. It is ideal for family and children and is also cost effective. It can work well as an add-on on product for Australia and New Zealand. One can fly out from Australia get into Fiji and experience the destination, get into New Zealand and fly out from there into India. The cruise also offers vegetarian cuisine on board."
