Fog disrupts several flights at Delhi airport

Over 30 flights, both domestic and international, were disrupted at the Delhi airport Saturday as a thick blanket of fog enveloped the capital. The runway visibility at the airport was below 75 metres at around 7.00 a.m. and a special CAT-III (B) runway for use during fog was opened. The visibility improved to 100 metres at around 9.00 a.m., weather officials at the Indira Gandhi International airport said.
