The Mettupalayam-udhagamandalam- Mettupalayam passenger train has been partially cancelled between Mettupalayam and Coonoor on October 19 and 20, due to landslips between Kallar and Hillgrove stations.
Landslips have occured on the Mettupalayam-Coonoor section of Nilgiri Mountain Railway, due to heavy rains in the last two days, a Southern Railway press release said today. The services between Coonoor and Udhagamandalam would run as usual, it said.
